Is it true you sell month-to-month memberships?: Absolutely! We made the change in September 2013 to offer month-to-month plans in all our markets.

I suddenly and inexplicably need to cancel my month to month membership.: This is your lucky day! Because we offer month-to-month memberships with only one required draft, it is easy to go back to the store and fill out a cancellation form. The good news is that we will let you use that month you paid for. If you have not completed your one required draft, your account will draft once more on your due date. Your cancellation will take effect 30 days from the required draft. A cancellation form should be signed in store.
